Let me introduce myself:
I am a people-loving, single mother of four. Our home is a beautiful mixed sanctuary of brown and white, active and inactive, believing and non-believing, and everything in between. I was born of goodly parents... well actually, super patient parents, who raised seven rambunctious children, me being number 4.
I am a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and tell people that I was raised Roman-Mormon. My mom’s incredible family is Catholic and her Catholic upbringing bled into my LDS upbringing and it couldn’t be more beautiful.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies, an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene, and have worked as a stay-at-home mom, dental hygienist, business owner of inspectors on gas lines, paralegal, dental office manager, and my favorite work, certified Life Coach.
I semi-joke that I converted from dental hygienist to mental hygienist.
I love personal development, meditation, breathwork, reading, speaking engagements, coaching, volleyball, watching most sports, trying new things, traveling, connecting with people, laughing, smiling, and having meaningful conversations. I have a not-so-secret obsession with K-dramas and hip-hop.
My overall goal in life is to learn as much as I can, share that with others, and strengthen relationships while creating amazing memories with purpose.
I INVITE you to come and work with me.
I promise that it will be the greatest INVESTMENT that you will ever make.
